When Cat from Cat Melnyk Photography told me she was doing a Hunger Games Wedding Inspiration shoot, I screamed a little and then I begged eagerly asked her to be apart of it.

-If your not a huge fan of the series, bare with me while I get a bit nerdy-

I really loved the angle that Michelle, with Elle Cinder Designs, and Cat took with the theme. As opposed to a rustic wedding that Katness herself would plan, this shoot was taken with the angle; what would Katness and Peeta’s wedding look like if The Capitol planed it, with all of it’s luxuries and modern style. Of corse ultimately it was designed so that a bride in toady’s world could take some ideas to help plan for their own wedding.

The shoot was held at the gorgeous Bella Collina, with it’s brickwork and their outdoor chandeliers, it was a perfect place to set the scene. The dress. OH THE DRESS!!! This stunning red dress is by Viera Wang provided for the day by The Collection Bridal. As mentioned before the planning and design was done by Elle Cinder Designs.
